1. About 1333 IU or 400 micrograms to a child from birth to 6 months of age

2. About 666 IU or 500 micrograms to a child between 6 and 12 months of age

3. About 1000 IU or 300 micrograms for a 1 to 3 year old child

4. A child of 4 to 8 years, about 1333 IU or 400 micrograms

5. Around 2000 IU or 600 micrograms for a 9 to 13 year old child

6. Around 3000 IU or 900 micrograms to a 14 to 30 year old male.

7. A woman between 14 and 30 years old has about 2333 IU or 700 micrograms.

8. About 2500 IU or 750 micrograms during pregnancy

9. About 4000 IU or 1200 micrograms during lactation
